丙烯腈反应器两级旋风分离器优化设计
摘要
旋风分离器是丙烯腈流化床反应器稳定流化操作、控制催化剂的损耗的关键设备,由于反应催化剂较为昂贵,并且产物气体对催化剂含量又严格限制,所以它对催化剂的损耗要求较高。
据调查,该反应器一般要求旋风分离器将催化剂出口浓度控制在50mg/m3以下,且国外流行的技术是采用三级旋风分离器,而国内已开发成功新型两级旋风分离器。
丙烯腈反应器两级旋风分离器由常规的PV型和新开发的PV-E型旋风分离器组成。
这种分离器具有结构简单、分离性能好、操作稳定等优点,能增加现有丙烯腈反应器的处理能力。
本设计要求根据丙烯腈反应器的操作特点,完成该旋风分离器的选型和结构尺寸优化工作。首先针对丙烯腈反应器旋风分离器操作条件和气固物性,选用BMS设计法,本方法基于平衡轨道理论。其次完成结构尺寸设计和分离性能计算,并优化两级匹配方案,据此提出进一步提高旋风分离器分离效率、降低压降的思路和措施。

Acrylonitrile Two-stage Cyclone Separator Optimal Design
Abstract
Cyclone is a steady flow fluidized bed reactor of acrylonitrile-based operations, control of catalyst loss of key equipment, as more expensive catalyst and product gases on the catalyst content and strict restrictions, so it demands a higher loss of the catalyst.
According to the survey, the general requirements of the reactor cyclone outlet concentration control will be the catalyst the following 50mg/m3, and foreign popular technique is used 3 cyclone, the country has essfully developed a new two-stage cyclone separator.
Acrylonitrile Reactor 2 PV type cyclone separator by the conventional and newly developed PV-E-type cyclone formed.
This separator is simple in structure, separation performance, operating stability and so on, can increase the current handling capacity of acrylonitrile reactor.
The design requirements of the operation according to the characteristics of acrylonitrile reactor plete the selection and structure of the cyclone size optimization. First cyclone for acrylonitrile reactor operating conditions and solid properties, select BMS design, this method is based on the equilibrium orbit theory. Followed plete structural design and calculation of the separation performance, and optimize the two matching program, in which further enhance the cyclone separati
