摘要
在我国,民营中小商业服务性企业的发展对于促进国民经济增长、缓解
就业压力、优化产业结构起着十分重要的作用。但大多数民营中小商业服务
性企业规模较小、资源有限,若要坚持发展选择适宜的发展战略并有效的实
施是十分必要的。
市场竞争格局的变化不断冲击着公司的经营理念,随着企业规模的不断
扩大,企业也面临更多的困难和挑战。在企业发展过程中如何应对企业外部
环境影响及解决企业自身的不足,使企业能够在激烈的市场竞争不断巩固和
强化竞争地位,实现持续健康地发展,制定和实施企业的经营战略至关重要。
本文作者以自己创建的厚德公司为案例,理论联系实际,对厚德公司的
外部环境和内部条件进行 SWOT 分析,结合厚德公司自身特点,运用战略管
理理论,制定厚德公司发展核心竞争力的战略规划,为未来几年厚德公司的
发展提供有力的保证,也为创业的 MBA 同学们在其制企业战略时提供一些
参考。

Abstract
Development of small and medium-sized mercial service
enterprises in china plays an import role on accelerating national economy,
releasing the employment pressure, and optimizing industrial structure. However,
most of these enterprises are small and resource limited. It is essential to choose
and implement an appropriate development strategy.
Currently, company management ideas are continuously attacked by the
change of the petition pattern. Enterprises face more and more
difficulties and challenges along with their unceasing scale expansion. It is
crucial that how to deal with the influence of external environment of enterprises
in the developing process and solve enterprises ’ own insufficiency to enable the
enterprises to consolidate and strengthen petition status in the intense
petition unceasingly and to realize the last an
