基于质量价值流的装备大修精细化管理技术

摘要:针对装备大修要求的技术水平高、维修难度大、费用成倍增长等问题,利用科学合理的管理思想与方法建立完整的装备精细化管理流程。从装备大修工作流程出发,应用质量价值流理论,以实现装备精细化管理和最大质量效益为目标,围绕装备大修流程中各环节对质量价值目标的贡献,分析和识别流程中的非增值部分,诊断流程中的浪费和变异,进而确定改进项目流程的关键过程和项目,以达到降低维修成本、缩短维修周期、提高维修质量,实现装备大修工作持续改进的目的。该分析结果为提高装备维修管理精细化水平、维修质量和效益奠定了基础,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high maintenance ability, difficult maintenance and cost increasing of equipment overhaul, use scientific and reasonable management theory and method to establish plete equipment meticulous management process. Based on equipment overhaul work process, use quality value stream theory, taken equipment meticulous management and max quality efficiency as target, and focus on contribution of every cycle to quality value target, analyze and identify non-increment parts in process, diagnose waste and aberrance in process furthermore ensure the key process and item in improvement process. Therefore, realize the target of reducing maintenance cost, shortening maintenance cycle, improving maintenance quality and carrying out equipment overhaul. The analysis result makes bases for improving meticulous management level, maintenance quality and efficiency, the method is proved the efficiency by the example.
