摘要:比较交流伺服和交流变频传动特点,从机床特殊控制需求和实用出发,以变频器驱动AC主轴电机,利用检测元件和NC组成位置半或全闭环交流伺服系统,并给出设计、调试和实测数据。该技术方案在生产中获得成功应用,具有较好的参考价值。

Position Close-Looped Servo Based on Principal Axis Electro-motors of VG7 & AC

Abstract: Comparing characteristics of AC servo and AC frequency converted transmission, and based on special control requirements and practicality of machine tools, use transducer to drive AC principal axis electro-motors, bine ponents and NC as positional half/full close-looped AC Servo. Scheme, debugging and test data of the servo system are introduced. The technical scheme has been practically used in production, which has nice reference value.

基于边际效应分析的备件优化

摘要:针对如何确定备件数量及其在各级保障站点如何分配的问题,在系统级可用度分析基础上,将边际效应分析方法用于备件优化模型,经计算得出各类备件数量及其在各级保障站点库存分配数量,得到一个优化的备件初始配置方案,该方案可使系统可用度在一定费用约束下达到最大或在达到一定的系统可用度要求时所花费用最小。

Abstract: In order to solve problems of how to determine the number of spares and how to distribute them in multi-echelon support stations, a method of system availability analysis based on the marginal effect is given.
