摘要
羊胡子草在环境治理,水土流失的防治,景观观赏方面具有巨大作用,吸引了人们的极大兴趣。但是羊胡子草种子很难采收,现在还没相关机械。只能靠人工采收,为了减少了人工强度,扩大了羊胡子草的种植规模。本着设使用方便,结构简单,对环境污染小,设计了一种手持式羊胡子草种子采收。
本文研究内容如下:
(1)羊胡子草种子采收机国内外研究现状分析;
(2)制定种子采收器、扶持机构和传动机构设计方案、设计计算、制图并加工;
(3)实验研究及分析。
通过对植物植株进行力学实验,测量其力学性质。在万能试验台进行植株拉伸断裂实验。基于pro/E三维建模,虚拟制造样机。采收机包括原动机蓄电池、电动机;传动机构皮带传动,螺杆传动;执行机构包括夹持脱粒机构;其它辅助机构包括机架,外凸轮,顶杆机构,滚子等机构。本文计算选择了24v蓄电池和转速为960r/min、,,该传动为减速传动,设计大小带轮的结构。根据作业要求设计选择螺旋传动的参数,采用梯形螺纹传动,螺距为3mm,公称直径为36mm螺杆传动。并设计了与之配合的螺母。根据羊胡子草的种子的特性设计夹持采收机构,为了驱动夹持机构设计设计顶杆凸轮机构。为了安装机构设计了,设计机架。机架上不但起固定零件的作用,还兼作外凸轮的作用。通过pro/E软件建模出虚拟样机,并通过相应的软件进行仿真,并进行机构结构的优化,改进其结构。

Design and Study on Hand-held Machinery to Harvest Cotton Grass Seed
Abstract
Cotton grass is played a great roles in the environmental governance such as preventing soil erosion, developing landscape ornamental, which makes people produce great interest. But it is difficult to harvest cotton grass seed, and related machinery doesn't exist. Cotton grass seed is only harvested by people. In order to reduce people’s labor intensity, expand the scale of the planting of cotton grass, it is meaningful to design a hand harvest machinery for it.
The study contents in this paper are as follows:
1, machines’research situation analysis for cotton grass harvest at home and abroad.
2, to established the schemes of seed harvesting device, ear shank clamping mechanism and the transmission mechanism, to calculate parameters of different parts, to draw.
3, to make the three-dimension dummy machine.
Plant is token mechanics experiment firstly. It was tested tensile fracture experiments on universal test bench. It is manufactured virtual prototype by pro/E. The parts in harvest machines include prime mover batteries, motors, and transmission mechanism belt drive, screw drive; implementing agencies include the clamping threshing institutions; other supporting bodies, include the rack, outer cam, ejector bodies, institutions such a
