无锡就业与经济增长的相关性分析
摘要
就业与经济发展密切相关。近几年来无锡经济高速增长,但是就业形势日益严峻,社会各界均面临着不断加大的就业压力。本文借助于宏观经济学中就业与经济增长的相关理论,以就业弹性理论为基础,运用无锡统计年鉴等数据资料,分析无锡就业与经济增长之间的关系,通过研究经济增长促进就业机会的增加的数量界限,总结无锡就业与经济增长两者间关系的特点,并由此对如何发展无锡经济从而带动就业量的提高提出合理的建议和对策。

The Analysis of Relationship between Employment and Economic Growth in Wuxi
ABSTRACT
Employment has relationship with economic growth closely. While economy has been developing rapidly these years, the situation of employment es more and more serous so that the society of Wuxi should endure more and more pressure. In this paper, I will analyze the relationship between economic growth and employment according the theory of economic growth and employment, employment elasticity and Statistic on Wuxi accounts. Then I can study the quantitative circumscription of increasing the opportunity of employment resulted from economic growth. Thereby, I can summarize the characteristic of the relationship between the employment and economic growth. At last, I can give some suggestion and countermeasure on how to develop economy in Wuxi to enhance the number of employees.

一、引言
就业是一个社会发展的基本问题,关系劳动者的权利和社会的稳定与和谐。作为民生之本,就业状况在现今社会中的地位日益重要,成为衡量社会经济发展的重要指标。
无锡地处中国三大经济圈之一——长江三角洲的核心地带,是中国经济增长最强劲的地区之一。2006年无锡全市实现地区生产总值3300亿元,按可比价格计算,%,按常住人口计算人均生产总值57709元,[EB/OL]./wxtjj/tjgb/?typeid=143,2007-3-17.
。总体上,无锡实现了小康社会的基本目标,在现代化道路上大步前进。
就业与经济增长密切相关,一般来讲,经济增长是扩大就业的前提和基础。无锡在发展社会主义市场经济的过程中,运用自身优势,在经济高速发展的同时,提供了大量的就业机会,在解决就业问题上成效显著。,,城镇新
