摘要
现代社会汽车工业发展正义不可阻挡的势头进步着,随着汽车工业的发展,人们对汽车各方面性能的要求越来越高,这便引导汽车朝着电子化、智能化方向发展。而维修技术却相对落后,为改变这一现状,促使汽修技术的发展,本文就以帕萨特B5 01N型自动变速器为例进行探讨。本文主要分析了帕萨特B5自动变速器的结构与工作原理,来解释说明这个车型的汽车所使用的自动变速器,并且通过具体的实例重点阐述了帕萨特B5 01N自动变速器故障的诊断分析及排除方法。从而通过这个从中抽出的例子来阐述类推自动变速器的基本工作原理和结构特点。
上海帕萨特B5型轿车采用4挡电控液力自动变速器,整个换挡过程由变速器控制单元控制,可根据行驶工况自动换到最佳挡位,并根据不同的换挡模式(经济模式、运动模式)实现平稳换挡。本文将讲述帕萨特B5 01N自动变速器的结构原理和工作原理,并重点讲述帕萨特B5型轿车自动变速器的常见故障,并对其故障进行诊断分析,并结合案例找出相应的解决的方法。
