内螺纹管接头注塑模具设计
摘要
随着制造业和计算机软硬件的发展,模具已经得到了快速发展和广泛的应用,因此对各种塑料制品的模具设计具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。
本模具是一个内螺纹管接头的注塑模具。设计内容包括介绍注塑成型技术的发展过程及零件注塑模具的设计,塑料注塑模的设计计算以及模具结构设计、注塑机的选用、浇注系统的设计等方面。
本次设计的制品为30%玻纤增强尼龙。利用UG来完成制品模三维模型,利用CAD来完成其装配图和零件图。

RIFLED TABE JOINT INJECTION MOLD DESIGN
ABSTRACT
With manufacturing puter hardware and software development, mold has been a rapid development and wide application, so all kinds of plastic products, mold design has important theoretical and practical value.
This is an injection mould that product the inner tracheal adapter. The design contents includes to introduce the development process of the injection mould technique and the design of the injection moulds. The design calculation of the plastic mould includes the structure design of the mould , the selecting of plastic injection mould machine ,and the pour system design, and so on.
The design of the products is 30% glass fiber reinforced nylon. UG plete the product model using three-dimensional model, using CAD plete the assembly drawing and parts drawing.
