RESEARCH OF INSTANTANEOUS DETECTION
TECHNOLOGY OF MINIATURE CIRCUIT BREAKER
BASED ON VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT FEATURES
ABSTRACT
Miniature circuit breakers are one kind of switching elements in low voltage distribution
network which belongs to the protecti ve electric appliance , they are mainly used in household
and industrial buildings and distribution line terminal, the level of reliability directly impacts
the normal power supply of household and industrial installations and the safe operation of
distribution line equipment. If the reliability does not meet the need of production and life,
especially instantaneous protection character, they will bring big troubles to the users and
even result in extremely serious economic loss. So it is significant to study the instantaneous
protecting reliability.
In this paper, the instantaneous character detected system of miniature circuit breaker
based on virtual instrument technology is described in depth. At first, it introduces the
reliability detected technology of miniature circuit breaker, the virtual instrument technology
and LabVIEW development platform. Secondly, it elaborates the ponent, the
functions of ponent units and the working principle about the instantaneo
