我国虚拟经济与实体经济发展关系研究

摘要
近几年来,我国虚拟经济市场得到了飞速发展,股票市场交易额年均增长率约为 99%,
债券市场交易额年均增长率约为 48%,基金市场成交额年均增长率约为 55%,期货市场成
交额年均增长率约为 125%。虚拟经济成分所占比例也越来越大,对实体经济的影响日渐突
出,实证检验表明我国虚拟经济与实体经济之间存在着长期的稳定发展关系,并且二者之间
存在着相互影响关系。
虚拟经济的发展规模和程度应与实体经济的发展水平相适应,二者之间保持适度的发展
比例关系是促进经济又好又快发展的关键所在。基于经济发展视角,借鉴种群生态学中的
Logistic 模型,在虚拟经济与实体经济发展关系的基础上构建了区域虚拟经济与实体经济发
展模型,研究了二者协调发展的均衡点及稳定性,运用 1996-2008 年我国虚拟经济和实体经
济发展相关数据,实证研究了我国虚拟经济与实体经济的协调发展比例。研究发现,虚拟经
济与实体经济的发展呈现多阶段、动态性、多参数的复合 Logistic 模型演化趋势,并且存在
协调发展的稳定关系;虚拟经济与实体经济之间的协调发展比例是动态的变化。从 1996 年
到 2008 年,我国的虚拟经济与实体经济关系大部分都处于较正常的波动区间,仅在 2007
年时明显高于合理比例,主要由于该年度的股票市场过度膨胀。虚拟经济与实体经济的协调
发展关系能反映出经济的演化趋势,协调发展比例能对虚拟经济的过度膨胀起到一定预警作
用,可以根据实际比例与合理发展比例的关系制定有效的货币与财政政策。

Abstract
In recent years, the virtual economy market of china has been the rapid development, the
average annual growth rate of the stock market turnover is about 99%, the average annual turnover
rate of the bond market turnover is about 48%, the average annual growth rate of the fund market
turnover is about 55%, and the futures market turnover is approximately 125%. The proportion of
the Virtual economy is growing, and the impact has also e increasingly prominent on the
real economy, the empirical testing shows that the virtual economy and real economy of China
exists the Equilibrium development relation in the long-term, and also exists mutual influence
between them.
The developing scale and extent of virtual economy should adapt to the development level of
real economy, and maintaining an appropriate coordinated development proportion is the key to
promote the economy development perfectly and fast. This article establishes the coordinated
development model of regional virtual economy and real economy based on the perspective of
economic development, analyzes the equilibrium points and stability of
