摘要
摘要
建筑工程质量不仅关系到工程项目投资效益、环境效益和社会效益,也关
系到人民生命、国家财产安全和国民经济的发展。保证和提高建筑工程项目项
目质量的一个重要途径,就是进行有效的项目质量控制,而施工阶段的质量控
制对整个工程质量起决定性作用,因此,选择建筑工程项目施工阶段的质量控
制做为课题进行研究,具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文首先对建筑工程质量的概念进行明确,对建筑工程质量的特点、建筑
工程质量控制及其基本原理、基本原则进行简要的阐述;然后,对建筑工程项
目施工阶段质量控制的系统过程,质量控制的依据、质量控制的手段和方法等
进行详细的阐述。着重研究施工阶段的质量控制过程中如何对影响工程质量的
五大因素进行严格控制;如何进行工序的质量控制、如何合理设置质量控制点
并进行预控;如何建立施工阶段现场质量管理体系。逐步形成一整套行之有效
的建筑施工项目质量管理体系。
最后,本文通过××住宅小区工程进行实例研究,表明采用上述控制手段
及方法取得了较好的实际效果,工程质量达到设计文件、技术规范及合同所规
定的质量要求,并取得较好的经济效益,对其它工程项目的质量控制有一定借
鉴和指导意义,能为施工企业开展施工项目质量控制提供有益的帮助。

The quality of theproject related to project investment returns、social benefits
and environmental benefits,engineering quality and people’s lives and property of
endangering national security, which affect the quality of national eConomic
development。Guarantee and improve the quality ofprojects is an important way,
that is,an effective project quality control。The project quality to a large extent
determined by the construction phase of quality control。Therefore, the choice of
construction project quality management and control of research into the topic of
greatpractical significance.
In this paper,the concept of building quality,clear and the quality of the
construction features, construction quality control and its basic principles,a brief
exposition of the basic principles; and then the construction phase of the
