摘要
21世纪是现代科技和信息技术运用的多元化时期,网络资源已广泛运用于人们的学习、工作、生活和生产之中。随着教育信息化进程的推进,不少学校已建成了校园网,国内外许多机构和个人也建立了大量的学习网站,其中可供艺术教学利用的资源十分丰富。这些资源有助于突破传统课程的狭隘性,有助于突破时空的限制,有助于学生的可持续发展,为教师进行创造性教学提供了有利的条件。同时,随着信息技术教育的普及,网络环境下的音乐教学已成为可能,网络环境下的音乐教学也将成为学生学习音乐、欣赏音乐的一种重要形式。学习环境的改变,使我们学生学习音乐变得更主动、更轻松、更自在。网络环境下的音乐教学也将使学生的音乐综合素质得到更大的提高。因此,利用网络资源优势来提高中小学音乐教育质量,已成为一个值得关注和思考的热点问题。

Abstract
Twenty-first century is a diversified period filled with modern science and technology plus information technology, in work resources have been utilized extensively both in study, work, life and produce. With the advantages of informative process in education, many schools have established work. In addition, lots of domestic and anizations as well as individuals have built up study websites, in which there are abundant teaching resources for artistic study. These resources are very helpful to break through the narrowness of traditional courses, the restriction of space-time, and are helpful for the sustainable development of students, which have offered favorable conditions for the teacher to carry out creative teaching. In the meantime, along with the educational universality of the information technique, the music teaching that is under work environment has e a possibility and the music teaching that is under work environment will also e a student to study music and appreciate a kind of important form of music.
