我国外贸依存度现状及问题研究
摘要
对外贸易依存度是指一国一定时期商品出口额与进口额之和占国内生产总值的比重。它反映的是一国经济与整个世界经济发生联系的程度,并在一定程度上反映了一国对外贸易在其国民经济中的重要性。
改革开放以来,我国的对外贸易依存度呈现不断上升的趋势,2004年高达70%。我国对外贸易依存度的上升,一方面使我国经济参与全球一体化的进程加速,推动了国内产业升级,从而促进了我国经济的增长。另一方面,我国对外贸易依存度的上升也带来了一系列的消极影响,如对外部力量过度依赖、缺乏主动权、宏观经济调控的难度增大、经济安全受到影响等。本文通过对我国对外贸易依存度的发展和现状的分析,指出我国对外贸易依存度的上升是多种因素共同作用的结果。既有世界经济好转和我国经济发展等基本方面的原因,也存在由于统计方法和我国国情等因素的影响,导致我国对外贸易依存度被高估的原因。
结合我国对外贸易依存度上升所带来的正反两方面的影响,本文提出了相应的政策建议,以提高我国在国际经济中的战略地位。

China's Foreign Trade Dependency Problem Situation
Abstract
Ratio of dependence on foreign trade is the ratio modity export and import value to gross domestic product of one country in a certain reflects the connection between the economy of one country and that of the whole it reflects the importance of the foreign trade of one country in its national economy to a certain extent.
Ratio of dependence on foreign trade in China has been increasing since the beginning of reform and opening- was as high as 70%in the analysis of the development and present conditions of the ratio,the thesis concludes that the ratio’s increase is the result of multiple are some basic factors,such as the improvement of the world’s economy,the development of China’s economy, are also some factors leading to overestimate of the ratio,such as the statistical methods,the fundamental realities of China,etc.
