摘要:
农业电视节目是我国电视节目一道特别的风景,但农业电视节目在面临发展以及生存的挑战的同时,也需要理论方面的指导和政策方面的支持以及舆论方面的推动。本文通过对农业电视节目的意义及现状的阐述来引起广大电视工作者对农业电视节目的关注,引出并分析了影响我国农业电视节目发展的原因,并根据实际提出了相应的对策,使农业电视节目真正为“三农”服务,为社会主义新农村建设发挥积极的作用。

The research about the present situation and future development of TV programs of the countryside, agriculture and the peasant
Abstract :
The agriculture TV program is unique scenery of China's TV show, but it also faces the challenge of survival and development, need policy support, theoretical guidance and the promotion of the public opinion. As a representative of popular culture, it derived from the field of culture. Fist of all, this article elaborate the significance and current situation of rural TV show, the aim is to arouse the great number of TV workers’ attention. In the second place, proposing and anglicizing the reasons of impeding the development of our country's agriculture TV programs. What’s more, according to the actual situation puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to truly serve for the "Three dimensional rural" issues.

一、绪论
(一)论文研究背景及意义
农业电视节目是指导农村发展,反映农民的心声,努力为农民的经济、政治、精神领域服务,是媒体工作者制作出来并且受众定位是农村人民的电视节目。农业电视节目应该努力做到服务三农、沟通城镇和乡村,并且时刻将实现国家和社会的科学发展作为自己的责任,以农民为主要服务对象,同时也应该满足关注“三农”问题的城市的观众需求,在全社会营造共同解决“三农”问题、城乡一体的环境氛围。中国作为一个传统的农业大国,党的十八大后将进入全面建成小康社会时期,没有农民的小康是全国小康的必要前提。要想实现农民的小康,首先必须解决“三农”问题。通过大众传媒为农民提供政策方面、生产生活方面、文化教育和娱乐方面的信息,满足他们基本的文化需求和信息需求,提高他们的生活水平和文化素质,这是解决“三农”问题的一个途径。为了促进农村经济交流、引导农村消费、加强农村舆论引导、提高农民的政治素养、为城乡经济文化的交流提供一个很好的平台,农村电视节目存在的意义是非常巨大的[1]。
