内容摘要:随着世界经济全球化的快速发展,国际直接投资(FDI)也出现了一些新的特点。由于国际直接投资对我国的经济发展有着不可缺少的推动作用,所以研究FDI的新特点对我国利用外资的影响是很必要的。本文主要是在研究国际直接投资当前出现的新特点和原因以及未来FDI前景的基础上,结合我国利用外资的现状来分析FDI的新特点给我国利用外资带来的优势和挑战,进而在此基础上提出有利于我国利用外资的政策建议。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the world economic globalization, the international direct investment (FDI) also appeared some new characteristics. Due to the international direct investment to our country's economic development has the indispensable role, so the new characteristics of FDI's influence on the utilization of foreign capital in China, it is very necessary. This paper mainly research the new characteristics of current foreign direct investment and its reason, on the basis bined with the present status of utilization of foreign capital to analyze the new characteristics of FDI to China's utilization of foreign capital brought advantages and challenges, and on this basis is conducive to China's foreign strategy of measures are put forward.
