摘要
本文论述金融危机以来美国采取的货币政策形式、货币政策执行情况及其影响,在美国货币政策与中国经济之间建立联系,进而在美国货币政策与中国就业之间建立间接关系,分析其潜在的影响。论文通过微观和宏观的经济学公式建立了影响就业的因素分析,重点阐述了美国采取的量化宽松的货币政策对公式中的自变量的影响情况,从而分析出其对中国就业的影响。论文以个人观点提出其影响情况分析,希望能够对美国货币政策对中国就业的影响有大体的认识,并对中国经济未来的影响与发展有所认识。
本文共包括以下四个部分:第一部分为引言,阐述国内外对美国货币政策对中国就业的影响研究情况;第二部分为金融危机以来美国的货币政策;第三部分系统分析了美国量化宽松的货币政策对中国就业的影响;第四部分为结论。
本文的创新之处在于论述美国货币政策对中国就业的影响时,运用微观和宏观经济分析公式在其之间建立联系,以独特的因素影响分析法来分析其之间的联系。

ABSTRACT
This paper discusses since the financial crisis the ary policy form, ary policy implementation and its influence in the United States are taken, and then build relationships between ary policy in the United States and Chinese employment, analyzing its establishment indirectly with the potential impact. Based on the economics of macro and micro formula, analyzing the factors affecting employment, and emphatically expounds the United States adopt quantitative loose ary policy on the influence of the independent variable, thus analysis of Chinese obtain employment show the effect. Taking personal views influence situation analysis, the hopes of American ary policy on China's employment impact is general understanding, and the influence of China's economic future of understanding with development.
This paper includes the following four parts: Part One is the introduction, which states the research of American ary policy influencing China’s employment at home and abroad; Part Two is the ary policy since the financial crisis; Part Three system analyzes . quantitative loose ary policy to the influence of China's employment; Part Four is the conclusion.
The innovation of this paper discusses in . ary policy in the influence of Chinese obtain employment, using micro and macro economic analysis in its formula, to build relationships with special factors analysis to analyze its connection.
