摘要
随着我国高等教育的大众化和市场经济的发展,高校毕业生的就业形势日益严峻,初次就业率逐年下降。大学生就业问题事关国家发展、社会稳定以及教育进步的长远大计。据统计,2009年中国内地约有650万应届大学毕业生将走向就业市场,而与此相对的是国际金融危机的持续蔓延,中国实体经济遭受严重冲击,就业市场萎靡。新形势下如何解决大学生就业困难问题,客观而严峻地展现在政府、学校、学生面前。面对困境,我们有要分析原因找寻对策,提高大学生就业指导工作实效。我们认为必须从对大学生就业困难的原因分析入手,寻找目前存在的问题,从中找到应对的办法及对策。

Abstract
With the development of the popularization of higher education and the market economy, the employment situation for college graduates is ing more and more serious, the first employment rate decreased year by Employment related to national development, social stability and progress in education long-term plan. According to statistics, in 2009 approximately million mainland Chinese university graduates will go to the job market, and the contrast of the international financial crisis continued to spread, China suffered a serious impact on the real economy, the job market malaise. New students' employment situation, how to solve difficult issues, objective and serious to show in the government, schools, students face. The face of difficulties, as educators, we have a responsibility to analyze the reasons to find measures to improve the effectiveness of college students employment guidance. We believe that the employment of college students must analyze reasons for the difficulties start looking for the current problems, to find ways to deal with and countermeasures.
