山苍子播种繁殖及扦插育苗初探

[摘要] 对山苍子的播种繁殖育苗、扦插繁殖育苗进行了探讨,结果表明:用草木灰揉搓种子和 H2O2 浸种,均能不同程度地减少种
子中的发芽抑制物质,其发芽率分别提高了 17. 5 %和 20. 0 % ;扦插繁殖育苗时利用其根颈部位萌芽条作为繁殖材料比较理想,未经任
何处理和经过 L1 号2生2根粉处理均可达到 70. 0 %以上的成活率。

Abstract : The seed and cuttage propagation of Litsea Cubera were discussed. The results showed that the restrained substances of
seeds can be reduced by kneading seeds with plant ash and soaking seeds in H2O2 . The rate of sprout can increase 17. 5 % and 20 %
respectively. The stump of root is suitable to be used as propagation materials when cottage propagating. The survival rate can reach
to 70. 0 % without any handling or rooting L1.
