哈密瓜削皮机设计说明书

摘要:哈密瓜是新疆的特色水果,在对它的深加工中,削皮是急需解决的问题。目前,哈密瓜削皮的方法比较多,本文主要介绍一些常见的去皮原理和方法,并对削皮机械的发展方向进行展望。同时,在对哈密瓜削皮机械现状了解的基础上,针对新的问题和情况,设计了哈密瓜削皮机。为了达到削皮效果,本文提出了详细的削皮方案,以及削皮机总体布局,并对主要零部件进行校核计算,从而保证哈密瓜削皮机的可行性。

Abstract: Hami melon is a characteristic fruit of Xin Jiang . In the deep processing of it, how to peel is an urgent problem to be , there are a lot of methods to peel , this article introduces mon principles and methods of peeler, it also involves some prospects for the development direction of Cantaloupe peeler. Meanwhile, on the basis of understanding the mechanical status of cantaloupe, in terms of new problems and situations, I design a new cantaloupe peeler. In order to achieve the effect of peeling, it gives detailed paring programs, and the overall layout of the peeling machine, There some check calculations on the ponents, in order to ensure the reliability of cantaloupe peeler.
