儿科 ICU 专科护士培训模式的实践与体会

摘
要
目的探索儿科 ICU 专科护士培训模式, 为其它专科护士培训提供参考。方法总结我院举办的四期
儿科 ICU 专科护士培训班的实施情况, 以及从培训对象的选择标准、培养目标、培训基地的基本条件、课程设置、教
师遴选、教学效果评价、培训改进等方面的经验。结果儿科 ICU 专科护士培训提高了护士的专业化素养, 规范化
的培训管理是培训质量的基本保证, 但培训模式还有待改进。结论( 1) 严密的培训组织和全面系统的培训方案使
培训工作平稳有序推进; ( 2) 对学员进行入学测评有利于提供针对性培训; ( 3) 对学员进行全面培训和评估有利于
提高培训效果; ( 4) 培训学员对教师和实习基地进行评价和提出反馈意见, 有利于培训工作持续改进。
