内容提要
随着科技的飞速发展和社会的不断进步,人们对信息的需求也是不断增加。从而使更方便、更快捷的无线通信技术得到了广泛应用。在现有的无线技术中,除了基于电磁波传输的传统射频通信,还有基于可见光的无线通信。可见光通信技术是基于LED照明光源的无线光通信技术,可在有严格限制电磁干扰的场合替代射频通信,比如机场、医院等,因此应用前景广阔。
可见光通信技术己成为无线通信领域的研究的一个热点,结合LED照明技术和光通信技术,同时具备了抗电磁干扰、无需无线电频谱认证、安全可靠等优点。论文首先介绍了可见光通信技术的背景;还对可见光通信的关键技术进行了研究,尤其是在接收方面:分析了PIN探测器的工作原理和特性,从而选择出了性能高的光电探测器;研究了前置放大器,并设计出了采用跨阻抗前置放大电路,从而实现了高增益、低噪声的第一级放大。
论文主要对可见光通信技术的光接收电路进行了研究和设计,实现信号的光/电转换和放大功能,最后,对影响系统性能因素进行了分析,并且针对性的优化系统性能。

Abstract
With the rapid development of technology and social progress, people's demand for information is increasing. Making it easier and more efficient munication technology has been widely applied. In existing wireless technologies, in addition based on ic transmission traditional munications, as well as based on the visible light munication. Visible munication technology, LED-based lighting wireless munication technology in a strictly limited ic interference occasions alternative munications, such as airports, hospitals, etc., so the application prospect.
Visible munication technology field of munication has e a hot research, combined with LED lighting technology and munication technology, along with the anti-ic interference, no radio frequency spectrum certification, safe and reliable. Paper first introduces the background visible munication technology; also munication key technology research, especially in the receiving areas: analysis of the working principle and PIN detector characteristics, thereby selecting a high performance photo detectors; research a preamplifier, and design a trans-impedance preamplifier circuit used to achieve high gain, low noise first stage amplifier.
