河南省环境库兹涅茨曲线的实证研究

摘要:文章在总结国内外学者对EKC曲线研究的基础上,采用河南省1990年- 2006年的经济和环境数据,
建立了单位GDP污染物排放量模型和人均GDP污染物排放量模型,分析了典型环境指标与经济发展之间的关
系。结果表明,河南省环境状况和经济发展之间并不存在传统的库兹涅茨倒“U”型曲线,而是呈现“凹函数”和
三次曲线两种形式。由于河南省正处于工业化发展中期,为避免今后对环境造成不可逆转的危害,必须改变外
延扩张的发展模式,加大环保投资和加强执法力度。

and Economic Development in Henan Province

Abstract:Based on the summarization of the documentations on environmental s curve (EKC) in and abroad, an empiri2
cal study of Henan province during the period 1990 - 2006 was done. To analyze the relationship between environmental change and
economic development, the pollutant discharge model per unit GDP and the pollutant discharge model per capita GDP were set up.
The results showed that the concave curve and the cubic curve instead of the conventional invertedU - shaped EKC could be used to
describe the relationship between environmental change and economic development in Henan p rovince. During the process of indus2
trialization, the economic expansionmode by simply increasing the input factor should be imp roved, the environmental investment be
increased and the implementation of environmental laws be enforced in order to avoid the deterioration of environment.
