摘要:文章从日本农地制度的主要组成部分入手,通过对《农地法》、《农振法》、《农促法》、《土地改良法》的解读,展现了日本农地制度的现状。在谈及日本农地制度的借鉴意义时强调制度习得与技术模仿的差异,关键是要从理念及政策原则层面开始包含农地制度在内的农业制度体系的改革。

Abstract: This mences with ponent of Japan’s farming land institution, unscrambles < Farming Land Act>, < Agriculture bracing Act>, < Agriculture facilitating Act>, < Land meliorating Act>, exhibits actuality of Japan’s farming land institution. When remarking reference meaning of Japan’s farming land institution , this paper emphasizes differences between institution learning and technology imitation and thinks that key point is reform of agriculture institution system incorporating farming land institution started from the concept and policy principle level.
