摘要
随着我国经济快速、持续、稳定发展,城市化进程的加快,城市规模扩大,
城市人口迅速增长,城市水资源短缺与城市发展的矛盾加剧,水体污染严重,
城市水资源“开源”成本和“治污”成本日益提高。城市中水系统同时具备“开
源”和“治污”两种功能,具有重大的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。建筑
中水系统是城市中水系统的重要组成部分,具有距离中水用户近、水质单一、
易于实施等优点,因而更现实和可行。
为保证中水工程在建设方案选择时的合理性及决策的正确性,需要对中水
工程的工艺方案进行优化选择。中水工程的工艺方案优选是一项复杂的系统工
程,涉及到经济、环境和社会等诸多方面。以往的中水工程工艺方案优选主要
考虑的是经济效益,而忽略了其他重要因素的影响,因而存在着一定的片面性。
本文从经济指标、技术指标、管理指标、水质指标和社会影响五个方面选择
了 16 项有代表性的指标,根据层次分析法建立中水工艺方案优选模型,并将该
模型应用到实际的案例上,相对于单一的经济评估模型更加合理和全面。
应用表明,本模型具有科学性和应用性。

ABSTRACT
Along with our country economy rapid, sustained, stable development, the
acceleration of urbanization, urban scale, the urban population growing rapidly, and
city of city development the shortage of water resources and the conflict intensifies,
serious water pollution, municipal water "tap new sources of supply" costs and
"pollution treatment" cost is increasing day by day. City recycle-water system along
with " tap new sources of supply " and " pollution treatment " two functions, it has
great economic benefits and social benefit and environmental benefits. Building
recycle-water system of urban water system is an ponent part, have
nearly, water quality water users from onefold, easy to implement wait for an
advantage, thus the more realistic and feasible.
To ensure the reclaimed water project construction scheme selection the
correctness of rationality and overall decision-making in engineering, must the
optimization process scheme. The processing plan of water project is plicated
system engineering, involves the economic, social and environmental aspects.
Before the water engineering plan optimization based mostly from the economic
