氢燃料发动机电控系统软件开发
摘要
与传统燃料相比,氢作为车用发动机燃料拥有众多的优势,被认为是最有发展前途
的清洁代用燃料之一。为了改善氢燃料发动机的综合性能,本文对氢燃料发动机电控软
件系统进行了设计,以此实时控制氢燃料发动机的运行。
相对于汽油发动机电控系统,氢发动机电控系统目前处于发展阶段,因此为了让汽
油发动机能够燃烧氢气,在汽油发动机的基础上重新设计氢发动机电控系统,经过了几
代硬件的更新,以及软件设计水平的不断提高,目前已经开发出了拥有完全自主知识产
权的氢发动机电控系统,同时也开发了上位机标定系统,能对 ECU 进行在线参数调整,
为制作喷氢 MAP 图,以及点火提前角MAP,提高了极大方便,同时也有利于发动机在线调
试。
依据氢燃料发动机的特点制定了控制策略。主要包括喷氢正时、喷氢量和点火正时
控制策略,实现了控制参数随发动机运行环境和运行工况的动态调整。采用模块化思想
对氢燃料发动机电控系统进行了软件系统开发。包括主程序和各工况子程序,以及转速
计算程序、查表插值子程序、A/D 转换子程序、串口通信程序和喷氢与点火控制子程序,
并针对氢燃料发动机的回火问题设计了回火控制程序,最后探讨了系统软件抗干扰问
题。
同时设计了一套氢燃料发动机试验监控系统。监控软件采用VB软件编写,可以在线
监视发动机的运行状态,实时的调整电控单元的各种控制参数。

CONTROL SYSTEM ON HYDROGEN-FUELED ENGINGE
ABSTRACT
Compared with conventional fuels,hydrogen as vehicle engine fuel has many advantages,
so it is considered the most promising one of clean alternative fuel. In order to improve the
overall performance of hydrogen-fuel engine, in this article on the hydrogen-fuel engine
electronic control software system is designed, real-time control to the operation of
hydrogen-fuel engine.
Currently,hydrogen engine control system is in development pared with the
gasoline engine control several generations of hardware updates and increasing
level of software design, hydrogen engine electronical control system is redesigned in order to
achieve that gasoline engine can burn hydrogen. At present, hydrogen engine electronical
control system has pletely developed pletely independent intellectual
property rights,and PC calibration system also has been achieved with the function of
adjusting ECU parameter online,which greatly increased greatly production of hydrogen jet
MAP map and ignition timing MAP.
Based on the characteristics of hydrogen-fuel engine contro
