水是人类最宝贵的自然资源之一,更是人类和一切生物赖以生存和不可缺少的重要资源,我国的水资源总量不少,但是我国人口众多,人均占有量就显得很贫乏了,可是更令人不安的是这有限的水资源还遭受着不同程度的污染,甚至有些地方是严重污染。
在工业生产中,每日排放的废水的量是非常惊人的,工业是我国水污染的主要因素,在工业中,钢铁工业又是重大水污染者之一。目前我国钢铁工业的废水处理和回收利用的技术很落后,这样就造成我国大量淡水资源的污染和浪费。
本次课题设计的主要内容是衡阳华菱钢管公司水资源的综合利用工程中的二连扎水处理工程。二连扎废水中主要的污染物质是氧化铁皮和油类物质,如果不加以处理,在回收利用时氧化铁皮会造成管道堵塞,水质下降等故障,这样就不能很好的保证生产车间的顺利生产;含油类物质排入水环境中,会造成水污染,导致水质恶化。本次课题设计的重点就是对二连扎水中的氧化铁皮和含油类物质进行初步的去除,考虑本工程项目总的设计规划及工艺段废水的回收利用的要求,只需进行简单的处理。
