滑动水口是安装在钢包底部的装置,是连铸机的关键设备之一。钢水包滑动水口液压系统主要为滑动水口的开启与关闭提供动力并实现位置控制。
本文阐述了大包滑动水口的组成及工作原理,并详细介绍了根据工艺要求来设计液压回路。主要包括系统的设计与计算以及液压元件的选型、集成块的设计、油箱的设计、泵站的设计等。该系统要使滑动水口在一定负载下按给定速度打开与闭合,并能实现点动,以控制水口开度的大小,从而控制钢水流下的速度,同时考虑到突然停电的情况,系统中设置了蓄能器,使系统在泵停止工作时,滑动水口仍能开关两到三次,从而防止钢水在钢包中冷却凝固。
所设计的液压系统能够满足某钢铁厂的实际生产要求。

Abstract
Ladle sliding gate is a key equipment of continuous casting machine which is installed at the bottom of molten steel mould. Ladle sliding gate hydraulic system is designed mainly for providing power for ladle sliding gate’s open, close and realize position control.
This article elaborates position of ladle sliding gate, its working principle and introduces how to design the hydraulically-actuated system according to the technical requirement in detail. It includes the design and calculation of system, the selection ponents, the design of integrated blocks, the design of the tank, the design of pump station and so on. This system will make the ladle sliding gate open and close at given speed under certain load, realizing the point control: Control the speed of molten steel’s flowing by controling the size of the ladle sliding gate’s opening. At the same time, considering the power off situation, accumulator is set up in system. Although pump stops working, ladle sliding gate can still switch 2 to 3 times in order to prevent the molten steel from cooling solidification in copper mold .
The design of hydraulic system can meet the practical production requirements of a certain steel factory.
