摘要
随着党的工作重心的转移,即由过去的以阶级斗争为纲转变为以经济建设为中心,特别是党的十四大以后,我国实现了由计划经济到市场经济的重大转变,政府作为国家机器属于上层建筑,随着经济基础的变化,其职能也要适应这个变化。因此,转变政府职能是建立社会主义市场经济体制的内在要求,具有客观必然性。本文通过对我国政府的经济管理职能的研究,对已有的关于论文的分析进行总结归纳提取精髓,分析出目前我国政府经济管理过程中存在的问题和原因,通过列举具体案例为论述内容提供依据,从而提出有助于加快我国政府职能尤其是加快我国政府的经济管理职能的对策选择。

Speed up the transformation of government economic management functions of the Strategic Choice
Abstract:With the shift in the focus of the party's work, from the past to change the class struggle to economic construction, especially after the party congress, China  realized  from the planned economy to a market economy, significant changes, the Government as State machine part of the superstructure, with the changes in the economic base, its functions have to adapt to this change. Therefore, the transformation of government functions is the establishment of a socialist market economic system, internal requirements, with the objective necessity. Based on the government's economic management functions of research papers on the existing analysis on the extracted summarized the essence of the current process of governmental economic management problems and the reasons for the discussion by listing the contents of specific cases to provide the basis To help speed up the proposed function of our government in particular to increase the government's economic management functions of our strategies and choices.
