成就动机是指一个人所具有的试图追求和达到目标的驱力。求职行为是指动态的、循环的自我调适过程,是一种有目的并受主观意愿驱动的行为模式,它开始于就业目标的识别,进而为实现就业目标付出努力。二者关系呈显著的正相关,这对我们如何提高大学生的成就动机来促进良好的求职行为有重要影响。本研究选取200名大学生被试,采用问卷调查的方法进行了什么研究。本研究在回顾以往文献的基础上,采用实证分析对成就动机与求职行为的关系进行了研究。研究主要考察了成就动机对求职行为的影响。由前人研究,我们发现对二者的关系探讨较少,成就动机对求职行为的影响很大等问题。成就动机作为潜在的人格特质因素,可影响到个体最终的行为选择,本研究主要研究大学生的成就动机与求职行为的相关关系。
研究结果显示成就动机与求职行为呈显著正相关。这说明我们可以通过对大学生的成就动机进行影响,从而使他们获得良好的求职行为状况。

Abstract
Achievement motivation refers to a person trying to pursue and possess the drive to achieve goals, job search behavior of dynamic, cyclic process of self-adjustment, is a purposeful and driven by the subjective will of behavior, which began in the identification of employment objectives , then the effort to achieve the employment goals. , relations between the two was significant positive correlation, which is how we improve achievement motivation of college students to promote good behavior have a major impact job search. In this study, 200 college students were selected by questionnaire survey conducted little research. In this study, based on previous literature review, the use of empirical analysis of achievement motivation and job search behavior were studied. Achievement motivation research investigated the impact of job search behavior. According to previous studies, we found that the relationship between the two of less achievement motivation of a great job behavior problems. Achievement motivation as potential factors in personality traits may affect the individual behavior of the final selection, this study revealed that achievement motivation of college students and the correlation between job search behavior and possible interaction.
The result is a significant positive correlation between the two. This shows that we can effect their achievement motivation of college students. So that they get a good job behavior.
