综合考虑学生课堂参与表现、作业(30%)及期末考试(70%)。记分采用百分制。

三、《英语国家概况》教学内容
:
《英语国家概况》课程既适合英语专业的学生,又适合非英语专业已通过大学英语四、六级考试的学生。

涉及英美两国历史、政治制度、经济贸易、教育、宗教、种族问题、娱乐风土人情、艺术、媒体及社会问题等各个方面。

本课程针对学生交际能力不足的特点,尽量改变以教师为中心的传统教学模式,而是建立以学生为中心的教学模式,充分调动学生的主动性和积极性,老师作为引导者、组织者和观察者来进行教学活动。

通过对历史、政治制度、艺术、娱乐、媒体、宗教等专题的介绍,优化学生的知识结构,提高学生的交际能力(语言能力、语用能力、认知能力和情感能力。)
