摘要
建立现代企业管理制度是社会大生产和市场经济的必然要求与趋势。随着经济的全球化,物质的市场化,现代企业面临的不仅仅是同行同业的竞争更是来至于全世界的竞争。俗话说没有竞争也就没有动力,没了动力我们会止步不前,对于一个企业更是如此。而建立会计管理制度在现代企业制度中的作用与地位也是至关重要的,所以说建立好的企业管理制度,对企业的生产发展更是至关重要。建立好的企业管理制度必须建立在好的企业会计管理制度上。
现代会计在企业管理中的基本功能包括了会计在经济管理中的功能和会计职能的发展变化。好的管理制度要有好的管理模式,通过对会计管理模式的探析,即交叉型,统一型,分散型的管理模式分析,及其发展趋势,包括了企业对会计管理的重视,企业的人本管理,内部管理,注重会计信息的相关性能够找到建立适应现代企业特点的会计管理模式。企业的发展离不开公司的治理,好的治理方案的实施对企业的管理有着很好的积极作用。而企业的治理与会计信息质量和会计方案的准确实施有着必然的联系。公司的治理与会计信息的在客观上、主观上都有着一定的关系,公司内部的治理施方案与公司的治理中,会计准则的质量影响着公司的财务治理,而公司的财务治理影响着会计准则的执行效果。会计的估价和企业的盈余管理也直接影响着现代企业的管理制度与企业的会计管理。以满足利润管制为目的的盈余管理是我国上市公司最普遍的行为之一。会计估计变更行为是会计政策选择的核心内容之一。会计估计的变更通常与公司盈余管理行为紧密结合在一起。

Abstract
The establishment of a modern enterprise management system of social production and the market economy is the inevitable trend of.
