[摘要]该文拟通过对污泥焚烧和污泥热解等热处理技术的研究,从热环境下二噁英的生成、污泥热干化防粘结、干化后尾气治理及污泥热处理能量平衡、污泥机械脱水设备的改进与污泥热处理工艺的完整性等几个问题进行了初步的探讨,并从技术、经济和环境等方面提出了污泥热处理技术在市场中的展望。笔者认为,污泥热处理技术是污泥无害化处理的重要技术手段和保障,以引起业内人士的充分关注。

[Abstract]This article has disscused processing technic of high temperature incineration and low temperature thermal position of sludge, including dioxins formation in thermal environment, prevention measure against bonding during sludge heat drying and off-gas treatment, energy self-sustaining equilibrium condition during sludge heat processing, modification of sludge mechanical dehydration facility as well pleteness of sludge heat processing. It also gave the market prospect of sludge heat processing from technic, economic and environmental aspect respectively. The author believes that sludge heat treatment is an important technology and safeguards for sludge innocent treatment and worthy the attention of professionals.

污泥是城市污水厂在污水处理过程的副产品,除初沉池采用物理方法拦截下的组份相对简单的物化污泥外,大量的是来自二沉池生物处理后过剩的有机物及其它拦截下来的有毒有害物质,又称生化污泥。这些曾在污水处理中发挥重大作用、
