对外贸易摩擦成因与对策分析
摘要
当今世界,和平与发展已经成为时代的主题,国家之间的竞争已经成为以科技和经济实力为基础的综合国力的竞争,每个国家都致力于自身经济的发展。然而,由于经济发展的不平衡和利益的不一致,各国之间的贸易摩擦也日趋激烈。改革开放以来,中国经济实力增强,对外贸易强劲发展,尤其是入世以后,我国对外贸易的发展更是迅速,我国已经成为对外贸易大国。在我国成为对外贸易大国的同时,我国也已经步入了贸易摩擦高发期。自20世纪90年代以来,发达国家频繁对我国启动反倾销、保障措施、特别保障措施以及实行技术性贸易壁垒。根据世界银行的研究报告,自中国加入WTO后, 反倾销、特别保障措施和纺织品特别保障措施已成为中国出口商面临的较大问题,与贸易伙伴国的技术性贸易摩擦也呈加剧之势。各种形式的国际贸易摩擦对我国经济发展的影响已经不容忽视。

                             ABSTRACT
      In our times, the peace and development have already e the
themes of the times. petition between the countries has already
e petition of prehensive national strength which is
based on the technology and economy. Every country is devoted to the
economic development of its own. However, because of the imbalance of
economic development and nonconformity of advantage, the trade
friction among various countries es more and more fierce. Since
the reform and opening-up, Chinese economic strength has strengthened,
and her foreign trade has been developing powerfully. Especially, after
entering the WTO, our foreign trade has been developing rapidly. China
has already e a large trading nation. Meanwhile, China has already
stepped into high-incidence season of trade friction. Since 1990s, the
developed countries have initiated the anti-dumping, safeguard
mechanism, transitional product-specific safeguard mechanism and
implemented TBT frequently. According to the research paper of World
Bank, since joining WTO, anti-dumping, product-specific safeguard
measures and fabrics-specific safeguard measures have already e
big problem that the Chinese exporters face. The impacts on economic
development of different trade friction can't be ignored. This thesis is
writing under such background.
