摘要:随着中国加入世界贸易组织以及经济全球化的发展,中美之间的贸易迅速增大,同时中美之间的贸易摩擦也不断的加剧。如何正确化解中美两国之间的贸易摩擦,已成为中国外贸和经济发展中面临的重大课题,同时对解决发达国家和发展中国家的贸易摩擦也具有重要价值。本文分别从中美两方分析产生贸易摩擦的原因,并针对性地提出了相应的对策,以此来提高我国的贸易竞争力,努力使贸易摩擦对我国经贸方面的负面影响减弱到最低的限度。

Abstract: With China's accession to the World anization and the development of global economy, the China-. trade has increased rapidly, while the trade friction between China and the also continues to grow. How to properly resolve the China-. trade frictions has e a major issue of China’s foreign trade and economic development, meanwhile it has very important value to solve the trade frictions between the world’s developed and developing countries .This paper respectively from two square to analyses the causes of the trade frictions produce, then puts forward corresponding countermeasures , so as to enhance China’petiveness , and strive to minimize trade friction’ s negative influence on China trade aspects .

中美两国自1979年1月1日建交至今,已有三十多年。同一时期,中国开始了改革开放的进程
,伴随着中国经济的迅猛发展,中美经贸合作的规模不断扩大,两国贸易保持着稳定健康的发展,,。目前,中美两国已互为第二大贸易伙伴,美国是中国的第二大出口市场和第五大进口来源地,中国是美国的第三大出口市场和第一大进口来源地。
