摘要
本文是根据西方主流的经典国际贸易理论来分析中美两国在2008年金融危机的大背景下,两国双边贸易的走向趋势和金融危机情况下出现的新特点,并在这些新的特点基础上提出我们与时俱进的解决对策。还指出在中美双边贸易中,中国大量出口劳动密集型产品既符合中衡的原因主要是美国违背国际贸易最基本的理论,限制自身的资本与技术密集型产品对中国的出口。就我们国家而言,解决中美双边贸易摩擦不应该主要通过派政府代表团赴美进行集中采购,而应采取继续深化市场导向的体制经济改革,遵守和利用WTO规则,在充分了解美国政治、经济运作机制的基础上,采取更有效的诸如自动出口限制,对外直接投资等对策。

ABSTRACT
This article is analyzes China and US according to the Western mainstream classics international trade theory in 2008 under financial crisis's big background, studies the new characteristic which the China and US bilateral trade the trend tendency and in the financial crisis situation appears, and in these new characteristic foundation proposed we keep pace with the times solution countermeasure. Also pointed out that in the China and US bilateral trade, the Chinese massive export labor-intensive product already serves China's benefit, also serves US's benefit. But the Sino-US trade not balanced reason is mainly the US violates the international trade most basic theory, limits own capital and the technology-intensive product to China's export. Speaking of our country, solves the China and US bilateral trade friction not should mainly through to send the government mission to go to US to carry on the central buying, but should adopt continues to deepen the market direction the system economic reform, observes and uses the WTO rule, in understood fully the American politics, in the economical operation mechanism's foundation, adopts the more effective such as automatic export restriction, countermeasures and so on foreign trade direct investment.
