随着信息科学技术的发展,经济全球化发展的速度越来越快,对世界各国经贸的影响也越来越大。经济全球化的发展,一方面加深了各国之间的相互依存与相互依赖,另一方面也加剧了各国之间的冲突与摩擦。贸易摩擦的发生,不仅影响了双边贸易的发展和区域性经济发展,而且有可能酿成世界性经济危机。伴随着中国对外贸易的迅速增长和中国经济的不断崛起,中国与贸易伙伴国的贸易摩擦也不断增加,其中最主要的贸易摩擦来自美国、日本。中美日三国是世界上的经济贸易大国,这三国经济贸易的和谐发展是世界经济顺利前行的决定性因素。但是近来,贸易摩擦问题成为中美、中日经济贸易发展过程中的最大障碍。如何解决三国贸易当中出现的不和谐因素,成为人们所关注的问题。本文从中美、日中贸易摩擦的表现入手,深入分析了两种贸易摩擦的异同之处,并针对相应的应对机制进行了概述,同时借鉴过去我国解决中美、中日贸易摩擦的经验及教训,结合当前的国情,从政府、企业和行业层面提出了解决中美、中日贸易摩擦的对策和建议。

Abstract
With the development of information and science & technology, the pace of globalization is accelerating, which has more and more great influences on international trade. The development of economic globalization not only deepens mutual interdependence among countries, but also raises their conflicts and frictions. Trade conflicts will affect the development of bilateral trade and regional economy, which may result in worldwide economic crisis. Because of the development of foreign trade and rise of Chinese economy, there are more and more conflicts between China and its trade partners, especially Sino-US and Sino-Japanese trade conflicts. China, United States and Japan are the world's economic powerhouse, the harmonious development of economic and trade of these three countries will be the decisive factor of well ahead of the world economy. But recently, the trade conflicts have e the greatest obstacle in the development process of Sino-US and Sino-Japanese economic and trade. How to solve the disharmony factors in the trade among of the three countries, which e the people's concerns. In this paper, at first talk with the performance of the Sino-US and Sino-Japanese trade conflicts, then in-depth analysis of two kinds of trade friction similarities and differences, and the corresponding coping mechanisms for an overview, drawing on the past, China's Sino-US, Sino-Japanese trade friction of experience and lessons learned , combined with the current conditions, from the
