摘要
本文主要对电梯轿厢及PLC控制系统进行设计。分析了电梯轿厢要求实现的功能要求和PLC控制系统要求达到的标准,了解了电梯轿厢及PLC控制系统的工作原理,基本结构,系统组成及功能。本次研究主要是对客用电梯轿厢的设计及对PLC控制系统的研究。
电梯是一个简单的机电一体化产品,融合了红外技术,单片机,继电器,电机等相关技术。其主要技术路线是通过PLC系统控制,触发电机工作,通过控制电机的行程来控制电梯的上下运动。
设计主要包括了电梯轿厢的结构,PLC控制系统设计。本文对设计中,轿厢的结构图,装配图,零件图,都有详细的说明。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, I introduce the desgin of elevator car and PLC control systems . Analysis of the elevator car demands of the functional requirements and the PLC control system requirements of the standard, understanding of the elevator car and PLC control system works, the basic structure of the ponents and functions. The study of the passenger elevator car on the design and PLC control systems.
Elevator is a simple mechanical and electrical integration products and integration of infrared technology, SCM, relays, electrical and other related technologies.
