[摘要] 目的:观察醒脑静注射液治疗脑性盐耗综合征的临床疗效。方法:观察63例,随机分为治疗组(静滴醒脑静注射液加常规补液补钠)和对照组(常规补液补钠)。结果:±,±;治疗组32例,32例血钠恢复正常,治愈率100%。对照组31例,29例血钠恢复正常,2例死亡,治愈率94%。两组对比治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:静滴醒脑静注射液加常规补液补钠有缩短病程、降低死亡率、显著改善患者预后等作用,对脑性盐耗综合征的治疗有良好的促进作用。
