摘要:为减小变换器的开关损耗,提高变换器的转换效率,提出了一种新型交错并联双管正激软开关变流器,并进行了电路的动态分析。即通过利用输出平滑电感、变压器漏感及开关管缓冲电容的作用,实现了所有开关管的软开关。该变换器可有效地抑制开关管的电压、电流尖峰,变压器和开关管流过的环流电流小,回路总导通损失小。该文详细分析了它的工作原理,软开关实现条件。制作了一个使用IGBT的500W-100kHz的样机,通过仿真和实验验证了该变换器的有效性。

Dynamic analysis of interleaving double switch forward
soft switching converter

Abstract:This paper presents a novel interleaving double switch forward soft switching converter to reduce switching loss and improve efficiency. Dynamic analysis on the circuit of converter inverter is also provided in the paper. A tapped-inductor type smoothing filter, lossless snubber capacitors and transformer parasitic inductance are used to achieve soft-switching conditions of the active power switches. Lower peak voltage and peak current stresses could be achieved in the converter. Furthermore, lower circulating current through transformer and switching devices could also be achieved to reduce the losses in the circuit. The operating principle of the new soft switching power converter and the conditions of realizing soft-switching are analyzed in detail. A 500W-100kHz prototype was made usi
