摘要:目的:观察糖肾康饮对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:将80例DN患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例,对照组在西医常规治疗基础上给予厄贝沙坦,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合糖肾康饮。结果:治疗后治疗组的尿微量蛋白、C反应蛋白、血液流变学指标改善明显优于对照组(P均<)。%,%(P<)。结论:糖肾康饮对早期DN有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation of 80 cases of early diabetic nephropathy treated with Tangshenkang drink

Abstract: Objective: To observe Tangshenkang drink on early diabetic nephropathy (DN) of clinical efficacy. Methods: 80 patients with DN were randomly divided into control group of 40 patients and the treatment group of 40 patients in the control group on the basis of conventional therapy in Western medicine given irbesartan, the treatment group received treatment based on the joint Tangshenkang drink treatment. Results: After treatment, the urine protein, C-reactive protein, blood rheology improvement than the control group (P <). The total effective rate was % in the control group % (P <). Conclusion: Tangshenkang drink treatment of early DN have better clinical efficacy.
