摘要
随着中国对外开放的深入和中国企业自身实力的不断增强,越来越多的国内企业开始放眼全球、进军海外。现在中国对外投资的规模迅速扩大,投资方式日趋多样化。因而,分析中国企业海外投资的成功案例,总结出可借鉴的经验具有现实指导的意义。
本文选择中国企业走向世界的佼佼者——海尔和联想,前者在海尔是中国家电企业中唯一全部使用自有品牌开拓国际市场的企业,后者则是以海外并购著称于世界。文章主要从两个企业的发展历程中分析二者的所面临的海外投资环境,企业本身的战略目标,海外投资的产业选择,以及其投资的方式选择,进而总结出海尔与联想海外投资的特点及投资相应投资模式的利弊。
通过层层推进的分析,本文认为海尔与联想在海外投资模式的选择上受多方面因素的影响。通过总结他们的经验与问题,得对出我国企业海外投资模式选择的几点启示。

Abstract
With the further development of the reforms and open policy and the growing strength of Chinese enterprises,more and more domestic enterprise expand their horizons to the whole ,the the scale of china`s FDI expands rapidly and the investment mode is more diversified. So,it`s necessary to analysis the essful cases of chinese enterprise overseas investment and summarize the experience, then provide guidances to other enterprise.
This article choice two outstanding Chinese enterprises toward the world, Haier and Lenovo,Haier is the Chinese electrical appliances enterprise that use own brand enterprises to exploit the international market,the latter is famous for the overseas M&A in the world. The article mainly analysis the overseas interment environment ,the stratagic of enterprise,the choice of industry and investment method form Haier and Lenovo`s development sums up the characteristics of Haier and Lenovo overseas investment and the pros and cons of the investment model.
Through the analysis step by step, this paper thinks that there are many many factors affect on Haier and Lenovo in the overseas investment mode choice. By summarizing the experience and problems of them,draw some enlightenment on the selection of Chinese overseas investment enterprises.
