聚氨酯乳液,采用水性聚氨酯乳液、水性助剂等制备了性能优异的水性木器清漆及水性木器装饰磁漆,并讨
论了施工时遇到的一些常见问题。

the Use in Woodenware Coatings

Abstract:IPDI, polyether glycol and dimethylol propionic acid, as materials, are firstly pre-polymerized and then dispersed in
water and self-emulsifies to give self-emulsifying water-borne PU emulsion. With this water-borne PU emulsion and additives, the
water-borne woodenware varnish and decorative water-borne woodenware enamel are prepared with perfect performances. Some
common problems are also discussed in this paper.

0 前言
水性聚氨酯是继顺酐化油、环氧酯、聚醋酸乙
烯、丙烯酸系水性高分子材料,近20年来迅速发展起
来的一种水性高分子材料。1967年水性聚氨酯首次出
现于美国市场,1972年已能大批量生产。20世纪70~80
年代,美、德、日等国一些水性聚氨酯产品已经从开发
试制阶段发展为实际生产和应用,其应用领域已涵盖
木器、建筑、汽车、飞机等众多领域,具有诱人的发展
前景。水性木器涂料在中国发展已10多年,但由于价
格昂贵、性能无法与溶剂型涂料相比,市场认知度不
高,这是目前在中国推广水性涂料的最大困难,可喜
的是,近期在市场上已有回暖的迹象。2010年我公司
将此项目作为重点开发项目,主要针对家装市场。
