Evaluation methods for workability of paction
Concrete and two key parameters

Abstract: paction concrete (SCC) was classified into two types of 5-31 and 5-3-1 in this paper according to grade
Ⅰ crushing stone, grade Ⅱ crushing stone and strength grade. “5-3” is the key performance and there is no classification
for workability of SCC. One type of improved L shape device was developed by using three deformed steel bars, with the
distance of 41 mm between every two bars, and the evaluation parameter was h中2, t / h1 2,t > for SCC workability.
This is prehensive evaluation parameter for SCC workability, with characteristics of strict experiment, accurate test
result and clear quantization. Bleeding test is also included in this method,

and B a,t =0 are two important
technical parameters. Therefore, the development period of SCC can be reduced. Concepts of stable flowability, casting
workability, pseudo segregation and water to powder ratio were advanced. SCC workability is thought highly sensitive and it
is characterized by one type of model. For different strength grades of SCC prepared with the same raw materials, their
workability are normally the same value or changes within a very narrow range, so independent research should be done for
every strength grade of SCC. The parameter scopes are found for evalu
