摘要: 随着经济的发展,人们逐渐意识到安全的重要性,而《安全生产法》在总结我国安全生产管理经验的基础上,将“安全第一,预防为主”规定为我国安全生产工作的基本方针。
建筑施工企业是个高风险行业,本文将鱼骨图分析法运用于施工现场安全事故的分析,从人、物、环境和管理四个方面对高处坠落事故、机械伤害事故、起重伤害事故、物体打击事故、触电事故和坍塌事故的发生原因进行了分析。运用层次分析法对建筑施工企业进行风险预警分析。风险预警体系的目的就是预防事故,求得企业最好的经济效益和社会效益。因此,努力掌握事故发生的一般规律,坚持预防为主、抓好教育、组织、制度、措施落实、正确处理好已发事故是做好企业安全工作管理、预防各类事故发生的前提、关键和途径。

Risk early-warning system of a construction enterprise
Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, People e aware of the importance of safety gradually. On the basis of summing up China′s production safety management experience,it requires〝safety first,Prevention〞as China, production safety basic principle in 〝Production Safety Law〞.
Construction enterprise is a high-risk industry. This dissertation addresses the causes of site accident including high fall accident, mechanical injury accident, crane injury accident, object struck accident, electric shock accident and collapse accident. Fishbone Diagram technique is used in site accident analysis from four aspects: personnel, material, environment and management methods. This article use AHP (analytic hierarchy process) to the risk of a construction enterprise early-warning analysis. It is purpose to prevent accidents and to seek the best economic and social benefit. Therefore, striving to master the general law of the accident, adhering to prevention, and doing a good job of education, organization, system, implementation of measures to properly handle the accident are the premise, the key and the approach in the enterprise security management and prevention of various kinds of accidents.
