精益生产方式作为一种先进的生产管理方式,在全世界范围内得到了越来越多的
广泛应用,它应用解决问题的方法、价值流分析、快速切换、即时生产等方式来减少
和消除生产过程中的各种浪费,以缩短生产周期、减低库存、提高质量,提高生产效
率,以有限的资源达到最大的产出和最低的成本。
本文概要地介绍了精益生产方式的产生,内容体系及特点。从生产系统研究,分
析了 A 公司的现状,揭示了 A 公司现有生产系统中的问题。从现有问题出发,提出
了实施精益生产改进生产体系的方案。根据 A 公司的实际情况和基于精益生产的方
法,设计了精益生产方式实施的具体方案和目标:初步建立精益生产体系,拉动式生
产方式,目标是优化流程,提高工业效率,降低在制品,缩短制造周期以及减少占用
面积。论文阐述了精益生产实施的过程,首先运用了价值流图析对生产体系进行诊断
并提出了未来改善方向;然后运用精益生产方法对车间进行精益化,仓库优化;最后
建立看板系统和送料方案,对信息流和物流精益化。同时论文详细介绍了对车间、仓
库、信息流和物流组织实施精益生产方法,该方法对同类制造企业在今后实施精益生
产有一定的指导意义。

THE APPLICATION OF LEAN PRODUCTION
IN PANY
ABSTRACT

As a advanced production management methodology, lean production has been
recognizing and implementing in more and more all over the world. Through the
methodology of process problem solving、value stream map、quick changeover、just in time
to reduce and eliminate all the waste in the process, reduce production cycle time、
inventory、improve the quality and production efficiency for the achievement of max
throughput and min cost with limited resource.
This thesis introduces Lean Production origin,contents and characteristic in brief.
There are some problems according to analyzing pany current production system
status. Base on the issue; it makes a proposal that implementing lean production in A
company. It is base upon current status and lean production methods,lean production
scheme was brought out as below:Set up lean production system primarily and change
push system into pull system in order to optimize the process flow,increase industrial
efficiency,decrease WIP,reduce production lead time and usage area. Firstly,it uses value
stream mapping to analyze production system and gives out the improvement objective,
then exercises lean production methods to improve shop floor , lastly , improves
warehouse,builds KanBan system and designs the feeding me
