随着现代科学技术和生产的发展以及机床性能的提高,使得切削速度越来越高,切削温度也随之升高,其中陶瓷刀具因其良好的抗氧化性能和高温力学性能成为了高速切削刀具材料的首选。从陶瓷刀具的发展特点及注意问题进行了较详细的分析叙述。高速切削加工是实现高效和精密、超精密切削的一种新的加工技术,刀具是实现高速加工的关键因素之一。本文介绍了陶瓷刀具的性能特点,高速切削加工中陶瓷刀具切削用量以及刀具参数的选择。
本文通过对高速切削加工的介绍;陶瓷刀具性能、种类、适合加工的工件材料的介绍。选定了45号钢(调质)作为切削工件材料,与陶瓷刀片P1、T16、Tc进行了切削实验研究,得出了相应的寿命曲线和寿命方程式,对各种刀具的使用范围进行了讨论。
本文还通过陶瓷刀片的切削试验研究,找到比较理想的切削参数。采用合理刀具几何参数, 采取减小切削厚度的措施, 扩大了陶瓷刀具的应用范围。试验表明, 稀土补强陶瓷刀具材料, 能使陶瓷刀具抗破损能力提高约 20%。在不同切削条件下,疲劳裂纹和热裂纹是陶瓷刀具破损的主要原因。采取有效措施能减少陶瓷刀具破损, 提高刀具寿命。
通过对陶瓷刀具的切削实验研究,得出了提高延长陶瓷刀具寿命的措施,综合分析了陶瓷刀具的切削寿命,对高速切削陶瓷刀具寿命进行了深入研究。

This article introduced the high speed cutting; ceramic cutting tool performance, variety, suitable for processing of the workpiece material analyzed. Selected 45steel (modified) was cut by ceramic blade P1, T16, Tc were cutting experiments, the appropriate life curve and life equation, for a variety of tool use are discussed.
This article found the ideal cutting parameters by the ceramic blade cutting experimental research. The reasonable geometric parameters of cutting tool, to reduce cutting thickness measures, expand the scope of application of ceramic tools. Experiments
