基于价值链的服装外贸公司经营模式研究
摘要
随着进出口经营权的全面放开,以及电子商务、网上采购的兴起,服装外贸公司传统经营模式面临着前所未有的挑战。要想在激烈的竞争环境中获得生存和发展的空间,就要改变传统的经营模式,采取新的经营模式以拓展利润空间。
在上述背景下,对服装外贸公司面临的经营环境进行分析,以价值链为分析工具,构造了服装出口价值链,并采用定量的分析方法对服装出口价值链进行分解,明确了服装外贸公司在服装出口价值链上各环节的增值情况。在此基础上,阐述了传统经营模式存在的问题及改革传统经营模式的必要性。提出了服装外贸公司新的经营模式:虚拟经营模式,并且以美特斯邦威公司为例进行了具体研究。

Abstract
With the loosing of operation right on export and import, and the development of merce and purchasing through , the traditional operation modes of our garment pany faces the huge challenges that never met. In order to obtain the survival and development space in the petitive environment, it should change the traditional operation modes, and at the same time, adopt new operation modes to enlarge profit space.
In the background, analyzing the operation environment of garment pany, and using value chain as analysis instrument, structuring the value chain of garment export and disassembling it on the use of quantificational method, clarifying the added value on every step. Based on this, the paper expounds the existing problems of the traditional operation modes and the necessity of changing it. Apparel foreign pany proposed a new business model: a virtual business model, and an example to pany specific research.
