摘要
加入 WTO 之后中国专业外贸公司面临的经营环境发生了很大变化本文
首先利用波特的五力模型对中国专业外贸公司面临的竞争环境及其变化进行分
析并在此基础上提出专业外贸公司基于供应链管理的客户中心型经营模式即
以下游客户的需求为中心选择组织协调产品和服务供应商按照专业外贸公
司的安排来满足下游客户的需求香港利丰集团利用供应链管理能力逐渐从中介
代理转变为供应链的管理者本文通过对利丰集团转变经营模式的案例分析为
专业外贸公司转变到基于供应链管理的客户中心型经营模式提供可以借鉴的经
验最后本文在以上定性分析和案例分析的基础上提出专业外贸公司实现经
营模式转变的策略为专业外贸公司实现经营模式转变和提升自身盈利能力提出
一条可行之路

Abstract
The Environment for international panies changed a lot after China’s
entry to the WTO. This article analyzes petitive environment and its changes
for Chinese international panies, then brings forward the supply chain
management based customer-oriented operation mode for Chinese international trade
companies, which is to focus on the demand of downstream customers, select,
organize and coordinate products and services providers to fulfill the customers’
demand according to the arrangement of the international pany involved. Li
& Fung is a Hong Kong Based international pany with more than 100 years’
history. This article takes Li & Fung as a case to analyze the processes of its operation
mode transformation and brings forward some valuable experiences for Chinese
international panies to transform from trade brokers to supply chain
organizers and coordinators plete the transformation to the supply chain
management based customers-oriented operation mode. In the end, this article brings
forward some strategies for Chinese international panies to fulfill the
operation mode transformation.
