轻型货车螺旋弹簧离合器设计

摘要
在汽车传动系中,离合器是一种分离、接合装置,通过这种分离和接合实现对传动系动力的中断和传递。离合器能够将发动机与传动系平顺地接合,确保汽车平稳起步;在换挡时将发动机与传动系分离,减少变速器中换挡齿轮之间的冲击;在工作中受到大的动载荷时,限制传动系所承受的最大转矩,防止传动系各零件因过载而损坏;同时还能有效地降低传动系中的振动和噪声。由此可见,离合器在汽车上起着至关重要的
连接发动机与变速器纽带作用。其设计中结构的合理性,性能的稳定性,操作的便捷性将直接关系到整个汽车的动力性,操作性和经济性。随着汽车运输的发展,离合器的设计还要在原有的基础上不断改进和提高,以适应新的使用条件。
本论文针对轻型货车,根据给定的要求和参数,设计完成了与之性能相匹配的离合器。从汽车的总体设计开始,首先对汽车的结构形式和主要参数进行了确定。对各种现有的离合器结构型式进行了分析对比,选择出与设计要求相匹配的离合器结构。然后根据已确定的汽车参数,对离合器基本尺寸、参数进行了选择,同时对离合器各零部件进行选型、设计,并计算校核了设计得出的数据。最后通过对机械式操纵系统和液压式操纵系统特点的分析,选取了液压式式操纵系统,结合人体工程学要求的舒适性,对其进行了设计和尺寸计算。
总体来说,本论文做了对汽车上常用的干式摩擦离合器设计工作,较详细地介绍了有关结构、设计、试验等方面的具体方法。可以说,如果对汽车上一般摩擦离合器的设计理论、方法和试验有较清楚的了解和实践体会的话,那么对解决其他如自动离合器的设计等问题也会有所启发和帮助。

Abstract
In the automobile transmission, the clutch is a separation, bonding device by which to achieve the interruption and transmission of the transmission power .Clutch can join the Engine and transmission smoothly , to ensure that a smooth start of car; When during the shift, separate the engine and transmission, to reduce the impact of gearbox’s shift gears;In the work by the large dynamic loads, limit the maximum transmission torque exposed, to prevent the transmission parts damaged due to ov
erload; While effectively reduce the vibration and noise of transmission. Thus, the clutch in the car plays a vital role in connecting the engine and the transmission. The structure reasonability, performance stability, operation convenience of the design will be directly related to the vehicle power, maneuverability and economy. With the development of motor transport, the design of the clutch still needs continuous improvement and enhance based on the original to adapt to new use conditions。
This thesis focuses on light trucks, according to the given requirements and parameters, designs pletes the clutch with matching performance. Start from the car's overall design, first determines the structure on the vehicle and the main parameters.
