文档介绍:目录一、编制依据······································································································2二、工程概况······································································································2三、施工部署·····································································································2四、构造要求及技术措施··············································································2五、脚手架的搭设及拆除施工工艺····························································4六、劳动力及材料、机具配备······································································4七、安全施工技术措施····················································································5八、塔吊与高压线平面布置及维护架简图···············································7立汇·格林小镇A区29号楼架空电线维护方案一、编制依据(1)建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范(JGJ130—2001)(2)建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范(JGJ80—91)(3)建筑施工安全检查标准(JGJ59—99)二、工程概况本工程为立汇格林小镇A区29号楼工程,位于哈尔滨市动力区军民街24号,本工程由哈尔滨方舟建筑设计事务所设计,建筑面积13358M2,框支剪力墙结构,地下一层,地上十一层,。在华北路东侧有一条东北-西南走向的高压线,电压为10千伏安,正处于该工程塔吊作业变幅范围之内。为保证本工程的生产顺利进行,防止触电事故的发生,故采用双排木质脚手架进行外电围护,密目式安全网分上、中、下(各2m)三部分防护。需搭设防护架总长度为100m。三、、文明施工是企业生存与发展的前提条件,是达到无重大伤亡事故的必然保障,也是我项目部创建“文明现场”、“样板工地”的根本要求。为此项目经理部成立以生产副经理为组长的安全防护领导小组,其机构组成、人员编制及责任分工如下:组长:孙健(项目经理)——负责协调工作左亚兵(工程部长)——现场施工总指挥副组长:李福英(技术部长)——技术总部署组员:范小军(技术员)——方案编制、技术交底王志斌(工长)——现场施工协调张庆军——现场施工指挥、、实际施工特点,在高压线四周搭设落地式、全高全封闭的木杆脚手架。此架仅作为安全防护。脚手架搭设拟采用单排双立杆。
